Parents Against Cancer has proudly donated $2,670,000 toward childhood cancer research in eight years. We could not have done this without the generosity & support of the community.
Cancer still kills more children than any other disease.
Nothing can be done to prevent cancer in childhood. Progress in treating childhood cancer has been dramatic. Despite the progress major challenges remain and funding for research is desperately needed. The payback for the investment is immense, not only for children with cancer but also adults with cancer and other diseases. More value can be achieved for every dollar invested into pediatric cancer research than in most if not all other cancer research endeavors.
We ask that you help continue the battle for the children.
The Eighth Annual ‘Starlight Starbright’ Extravaganza was held on Saturday, September 25, 2004 at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center.
Our 2006 'Starlight Starbright' Extravaganza date is to be announced.
